Tools worth knowing about before you need them
Most licensed operators offer deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and temporary "time-out" breaks directly in account settings — usually under a section labelled something like "safer gambling" or "responsible gambling". Setting a deposit limit before you start, rather than after a losing session, tends to be more effective simply because it removes an in-the-moment decision.
